Please observe the following guidelines when submitting your piece online:

Art

  • Quality:
    • Use the best quality your camera or scanner has (least lossy), like "Extra Fine" or similar
    • Submitted files should be at least 1 megapixel (1000 x 1000 pixels),
      suggested 2-4 megapixels, no greater than 13 megapixels
    • If scanning your piece, please scan at a resolution of 600 DPI or greater
  • File format:
    • Please submit in the most lossless format possible (but no RAW images please) with as little compression as possible.
    • Accepted file formats:
      • TIF / TIFF
      • PNG
      • JPG / JPEG
      • GIF
      • BMP
      • PSD
      • Please inquire about sending other file formats.

Text

  • Accepted file formats:
    • Open Document Text (.ODT)
    • Rich Text Format (.RTF)
    • Plain Text (.TXT)
    • Microsoft Word Document (.DOC / .DOCX)
    • WordPerfect Document (.WPD)
    • Please inquire about sending other file types.
