CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS
The Santa Clara Review accepts submissions from September-October for our first annual issue and from January-February for our second annual issue.
Submissions for Volume 112.2 are currently closed. They will open again in Fall 2025 for Volume 113.1.
Submissions for "Flash Takes Flight at the Santa Clara Review", our flash fiction and creative nonfiction contest with cash prizes available, are currently open. They will close on May 2nd, 2025.
We accept prose, poetry, and art via Submittable.
Please submit works of fiction or nonfiction prose under 6,000 words. Please submit no more than five poems or pieces of artwork at a time. Simultaneous submissions are allowed, as long as we are notified immediately if the piece is accepted for publication elsewhere.
